Guest guest
Nice work Facy - you've reminded me of something I once read, which went something like this: " We come into this world alone, we leave it alone, at some point it is a good idea to get comfortable in our own skin. " The belief " I am alone " comes up for me - as if this is ever really true. Jon

Guest guest
Do your best - notice it if possible, do the work on it if you can. The thought may return many times, it's only the attachment to it that creates the drama. Imagine a small child coming up to you, crying, weeping, saying " I need a girl " - what would you do, push it away, hug it, maybe gently ask " is that really true? " ... that's all it is. Guest guest
i think it was neale donald walsch who pointed out alone is really all one.. cant recall which book thats in maybe not friendship with god. page 15 " I believe we are attracted to each other inheraently, out of a deep knowing that in each other we will find our Selves. WE may not be aware of this consciously, we may not articulate this specifically but i think we understand this cellularly. And i belive that this microcosmic understanding derives from a macrocosmic one. I believe we know at the highest level that WE are all ONe.
