Guest guest Posted April 2, 2000 Report Share Posted April 2, 2000 Just wanted to share that after I ate some of my homemade baked beans, my blood sugar went down by 20 points. This is the first time I have eaten something and had my BS lower 1.5 hours later. Anybody have any foods that they eat that actually makes their BS go down? Love to hear about them...
