Guest guest Posted October 24, 2004 Report Share Posted October 24, 2004 Judi and Althea Neurontin wouldn't make you any " dopier " feeling than if you started on Klonopin tomorrow, which is also used for seizures. If you look up and research all of these meds, they are all used for different things, on and off label. Plaquenil is an anti-malarial drug which happens to work for RA. Many drugs were originally used for one thing and then found useful for another. Using something off label can be like using a new drug that just came out. They are all gambles, really, but some really work. It can be hard to predict which ones will. Wellbutrin is an antidepressant that works to help stop smoking and decreases anxiety.
