Seeing a psychiatrist doesn't mean you would have to have " therapy " ; oftentimes

they just do med management and don't have the time or interest in therapy. So

please don't let a fear of a new therapist keep you from a psychiatrist, which

is an MD with extra training in psych, as opposed to a psychologist or
