Guest guest
This is an important article, thanks for sending it out .The bottom line results: people who receive patient-centered collaborative primary care have reduced mortality. As an observational study this is pointing out correlation not causation, but confirms work we did as IMPs and other work published by Wasson. How would you know you are delivering care that is accessible, patient-centered, and collaborative? We used HowsYourHealth. It has a near perfect match for the variables (not including mortality) used in this study.Gordon LG, Wasson JH. Guest guest
Hi Gordon. Just checking in and seeing what you're up to these days. I've been going to some WAFP and KCAFP meetings. Involved with a potential primary care collaborative that some are interested in forming (different than the Primary Care Coalition). I can put you on email list if you're interested.
