This is an important article, thanks for sending it out .The bottom line results: people who receive patient-centered collaborative primary care have reduced mortality. As an observational study this is pointing out correlation not causation, but confirms work we did as IMPs and other work published by Wasson.How would you know you are delivering care that is accessible, patient-centered, and collaborative? We used HowsYourHealth. It has a near perfect match for the variables (not including mortality) used in this study.Gordon
