Guest guest
Dear Katydid, thank you for being active and posting your work! ;-) I hear you think a lot about W, and you seem not happy with it. So... what is it you are thinking, and can you find an intention on your side? Is there something you wish he'd do, and if there is, can you find ways you are trying to let him no - even if only in your mind? I hear an " I don't want to think so much about W " , but what does " so much " mean, in this case? And why on earth would you not want to always think about him? I am still stumbling about the " so much " ... how much were " enough " , what would you allow yourself? How would you know when it is " enough " and maybe there are even time restrictions... like " not during lunch! " ? Next time I think about W, I'd write down what it is I think about him, so I have something to look at, whenever I can. There might be stuff to investigate, too. Other turnarounds might be " I shouldn't think this much about my thinking " - does that make sense? Guest guest
Dear , It makes perfect sense. These words of yours really popped out and I'm going to dig around and see what I find: Is there something you wish he'd do, and if there is, can you find ways you are trying to let him no - even if only in your mind? Thank you! > > Dear Katydid, > > thank you for being active and posting your work! ;-) > > I hear you think a lot about W, and you seem not happy with it. Guest guest
Thanks, Vivian. I know you are right. W is my greatest teacher. I just wish I could take a break sometimes. > > you think about W exactly the right amount. working on W issues will set you free so it is great that you think about W a whole lot. > > Vivian > I'm new and there doesn't seem to be much going on here > > > > (judging by the infrequent posts and their dates) Is it true? > > I have to admit I'm disappointed. Guest guest
Hi Vivian, You have a good question. It seems that emails from this group pop up for a while and then disappear. I have posted a few times recently and got no responses at all. Sometimes many responses. I thought the moderator had turned it off really. Are the emails going through? Or, is there nobody interested in responding? I am glad that you are here. Maybe I will get the answer to this question also. ne
