Could be. I don't really know. Maybe it's more sensitive than our ears are

in the unit. I think it's real hard to get a good BP with the truck rolling.

I need quiet to do it. Sometimes you don't really need to know anything

more than your patient has a carotid but not a radial, looks like shit, is

probably bleeding out inside and needs the pedal to the metal more than

anything except a good airway.
