Are you doing your own billing? From: [mailto: ] On Behalf Of practiceimprovementaliasSent: Tuesday, April 24, 2012 9:27 AMTo: Subject: Re: To practice fusion users I'm using PF for 3 months now and am very happy with it, especially the free price and cloud based. Even aside from that, it is better than the dozen EMRs I used in various rotations in med school/residency. I use the Kareo interface. I get frustrated with it sometimes, but that is probably mostly because I am learning how to play the games, and because I have never used another system to compare it to...> > > Subject: Re: To practice fusion users> To: > Date: Tuesday, April 24, 2012, 2:21 AM> > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > Â > > > > > > > > > > How many in the group are using PF?> > Has anyone switched from another EMR?> > Pedro Ballester, M.D.> Warren, OH>

I use it with up to 5 users at 2 different sites on at one time No issues. I also use Kareo for billing. I pay a small monthly fee directly to kareo. NOthing to PF.

I use practice fusion and not Kareo.  I had and felt the cost of Kareo almost $ 200 a month was not worth it.  I have mostly United Health and Medicaid patients, also cash/no insurance, so I bill directly ( for free) to those insurances.

I have not seen the button????

Do you get an error message that the file is in use, and the 2nd user cannot access the record?Has the program crashed or the data corrupted because 2 users were accessing the record at the same time?

Pedro, Each user needs their own log in.  Otherwise yes that will happen
