This is where my mind goes with this:

Look at all the time you spent with your mom, thinking about her and about your

relationship....I would call that bonding.

I didn't miss an opportunity to bond with my mom

Another one: I missed a good opportunity to bond with myself.

I was so busy worrying about if I did it wrong, criticizing myself and trying to

" make up " that I was not present for my own self.
