Guest guest Posted November 30, 1999 Report Share Posted November 30, 1999 Howdy ! The interesting thing about that is about 4 years ago the CE rule was changed to 'put strict requirements' in place. It resulted in the lengthy list in the back of the Texas EMS Magazine and calls for the return of lynchin's in the streets. Well, OK, maybe not the lynching part. I hate to say this but we aren't really discussing new issues here. These issues are like the undead...they just keep coming back no matter how often we think we've killed them.
