in the military (not quite sure about civillian...) we have an exposure form

where if anyone is exposed we ask the pt to sign a release. if (this applies

to you civillian folk who transport military members to military facilities)

IF THE PT IS ACTIVE DUTY MILITARY THEY CANNNNNNOOOOT REFUSE AN HIV TEST IF

SOMEONE IS EXPOSED TO THEIR BLOOD. just fyi.
