Dear Alice,

OK, I admit that this isn't as well-spoken as it might be, but she

says herself it's extemporaneous, and it's before her own church -

among her own, as it were. Also, she evidently had been flying all

night. I don't judge it by the same standards as I would, say, a

national political speech.

If you think that she will not continue to charm the socks off of

about half the country, I think you are much mistaken. We'll see. " A

big ole' Jesus fish, " lol. I love that.

best,

Her political speeches are written for her, as reported n most presidents' as well. The paper named her speech writer at the Convention but I don't recall his name.

Dear Alice,

I read it. She's an authoritarian mom who wants to fix things, knows

what's best, and brooks no back-chat. That fits with my own

observations, fwiw.
