The human metabolism is very complex, and even within the parameters of a low

carbohydrate program (or any program, for that matter) everyone must make

adjustments to make the program fit their own unique metabolism. Your

reaction to the low carb pasta, Vicki, indicates (but does not PROOVE) a

strong sensitivity to wheat.
