The resource I have found to be beneficial is actually an article

distributed by Davol who makes the Simpulse irrigation systems. However

this article does reference other articles regarding pulse irrigation

We have used pulsed lavage for several years now and definitely find it very

beneficial in both healing wounds, improved cleansing of deep wounds,

flexibility in treatment options (bedside wound care, decreased use of

Hubbard tank - yes we still have one).
