Hello!,I have a small IMP practice. And need to find a way to send out emails to my patients.I do not think that Practice Fusion does this.Need to find a way that is easier than going thru the long list of emails from my last email, and changing the wrong ones, and finding which ones are missing. And worrying re forgetting to do the Blind Copy.Is there something * easy to use* and cheap / free that you like?Thank you!in Santa BarbaraII have a small

You could save them as a group or groups. Then put the group of them in bcc. if the group is too large, yahoo blocks you (to reduce spam), so I would not make the group any larger than what they block. You can decide how you want to groups- by age, gender, insurance types.
