A big THANK U & New format for Podcast & new podcast on job stress

Thank you to so many from this group who have responded to me online

and personally to help present The Work Podcast in a format this is

good for all, so due to response, as of yesterday, the podcast will be

presented in Flash format as well. Browser requires latest Flash and

link should come up if you do not have it. Also you need javascript

enabled and hopefully this will work for those who were having

difficulty with ipod format.
