Guest guest
Ego must be purified before it can become pure. Which requires the " hero's journey " into the depths of hell. And Shadow. Not an easy journey. Not an easy transmutation. But to find the light, you must dispel the darkness. To find the good, you must dispel the evil. To find the stairway to heaven, you must descend into hell. The stairway to heaven is found in hell. Trickster awaits in hell. If you survive Pluto. Usually one encounters Trickster on the way to the staircase. And if you are not careful Trickster convinces you that evil is good. And darkness is light. And you end up transmuting into fool's gold. > > Subject: In Defence of the EGO > To: JUNG-FIRE > Date: Monday, January 16, 2012, 3:06 PM > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > Â > > > > > > > > > > > > > Â > Carl G. > Jung in his " Man > and his Symbols " page 162 states the > following regarding the > ego in a psychological > aspect, > > Â Â > Â " It seems as if the > ego has not been > produced by nature to follow its own arbitrary impulses to > an unlimited extent, > but to help to make real the totality -the whole psyche. Guest guest
And energy is neither good nor evil. It becomes good or evil when we " enagage " it. What we do with it in other words. We choose. As a Feng Shui master put it to me once, there is no such thing as " bad " chi. It is merely challenge. That we have " engaged " in order " transmute. " Many use Feng Shui to avoid " bad " chi. And so there is no challenge. And no " transmutation. " To transmute is to return to the garden. From whence we came. And the Serpent said to Eve " Here, have some ego. Guest guest
>If you start with impure lead, you will end up with impure gold. So you must purify the lead. By removing the impurities. __________________________________________________________________________WOW! We start from impure lead! Hmm ! Is there such a thing as impure lead ? I always knew lead as lead! is Saturnus! Saturn! The darkness of the crypt we carry with us. Darkness is really so pure . And how can it be impure? Have you never escaped into the shade from a scorching sun. Was is not comfortable? Without darkness, the fire of light would burn up the world. Of course without light and fire the darkness would freeze the world. So what is pure, and what is impure, I ask you ? What in relation to the ego is impure? Understand this if you have studied Jung, the more you control the Ego, the more it will control you. Stop blaming Ego. Blame your relationship with it. IT IS YOU ! You with yourself. It is the very Sulfur of the alchemists. It is imprisoned in the very crypt that Osiris and Christ resurrected from. Role away the stone from that crypt, remove the lid off the sarcophagus, and let it rejoice and be the universal SELF that it was always meant to be. Yes ! remove the impurities from! Hmm .....lead is a pure metal ! It is an element ?? Darkness is so pure as is the pure sunlight! PB it is called on the chemical table. Wow Jungians! The alchemists made gold out of it. Jung has said, "the essence of Darkness is Gold"! Purify ! Purify ! Purify ! Purify ! But what about Generating from it ?? Nature Abhors Purity !
