Guest guest
You will know more when you get the pathology report. Be sure to ask the doctorfor a copy. The doc says everything went pretty well, but that the prostate was " sticky " on the side opposite where the cancer biopsies were higher. He said it could be inflammation, but that he took more nerves out on that " sticky " side. Does this mean that he suspects the cancer is out of the prostate on that side? > > Thank you. Guest guest
It will be important to know the results of the pathology tests performed on the prostate gland itself. The original biopsies may have missed some on the cancer, but if that's the case, the lab will report their findings to the doctor. Hate to be a pessimist, but the doctor referring to something as " sticky " doesn't seem just right to me. He may have be doing a CMA here on the nerves.
