Guest guest
I like hellofax Sangeetha I've used them for my fax and document management software ate $20/month for 5 months. It seems quite slow and " buggy " to me, always something " sticking " / not working.Currently I have 48 fax pages that came in horizontally and some vertically. They won't load individually and when " select all " and " rotate " , some do and others don't. I'm ready to dump them. Is anyone happy with their e-fax system? How about ring central's efax?thanks and happy weekend! to all, Anne
Guest guest
Ring Central faxing has been pretty good. However they charge by time that it takes to transmit the fax. I got caught having to pay extra because of some 50 page faxes.I ported my fax phone number over to them so I don't have to pay for the phone line. Guest guest
Have you called them about the bugginess? I've found their customer support super helpful if any bugginess, and overall totally love the program (esp for only $35 a month). Just started using the secure patient portal for sending lab results and visit notes, which is also working well. Just wish that they had an iPhone app so that I could do more work from my phone (can only look at faxes/voicemails in the Onebox app, but can't file/send them). Onebox on the other hand drove me batty last week when I had no phone or fax for 8 hrs in day and several hours the next -- made me livid that customer support was beyond useless despite escalating the issue, etc. Just have inertia due to having to change my phone number, fax, and email, so when it's working and I don't have to deal with useless customer service, I just can't put in the energy to switch. Guest guest
With Updox, I understand that you get scanned lab reports and cannot populate the EHR with data that can later be retrievedto review trends, or say, how many of your pts are up to date on their A1C. Is this true? Do you send the scanned lab report to the pt viat the portal? Amazing Charts told me there is a free patient portal, practicom.com. Has anyone used this?EllenPortland, OR Re: anyone else unhappy with Updox? Have you called them about the bugginess?
