Beth NSIP/IPF 06/06 Draw close. Hold hands. Life is short. God is good. My name is Peggy and was diagnosed with PF just a few months ago. Hi,My name is Peggy & I'm new to this site. I was diagnosed in July after a bout with Pneumonia/pleurisy that took forever to go away. I'm a smoker of 25 years. Trying to quit but just can't. Any suggestions? I have numerous other medical problems as well. I feel overwhelmed by it all. I'm fairly young to be having all these problems. I'm only 47. My botfriend means well, but I really can't talk about it to him. He seems to fell like all I need is a positive outlook & it will all disappear. While I do believe that's important, there' s more to it than that. I hope this boardcan help me with the ?s and anxiety I feel.
