Attested last week.

Had someone from Hi-tech pretty much do all the work for me.

I use Soapware emr, have had it since 2004, so no new outlays necessary to get

the MU $$$.

My question: who is paying Hitech and the other companies that are going around

trying to help docs get paid?

I assume it is the govt, but is this really a wise way to spend money,

especially when it could be better used for patient care?
