Guest guest
They're called spaghetti squash on the official looking labels that mine come with. They're also called spaghetti squash in " Joy of Cooking " . If you can't find one, ask the produce manager (not the pimply faced kid who stacks tomatoes) at your store. It may just be something regional that we don't get where I am. Anne DBauer7997@... wrote: > I hadn't heard of spaghetti squash before I started low carbbing! Most > groceries carry them. Guest guest
Perhaps it's good to mention up front that the spaghetti squash can be really tough to cut in half? Great food. Bet you'll discover they're easy to find, you just have to know they're there. I enjoy you guys. Ann M/Houston/type 1 36 yrs
