G0377 This is the Medicare code for Zostavax Administration. Medicare has all their own codes for vaccine admin. What code do you use for the administration of zostavax when a patient brings it in from the pharmacy? I think 90471 got kicked back from Medicare as non-covered. Thanks for any help.Margaret

The billing software says that code is expired. Have you used it recently?

No, I stopped giving it.    But mine (billing software)  does not list it as expired.  Doesn’t your billing software let you search for codes then?  If it can tell you what is expired it should let you search.  According to this flyer:  http://www.cms.gov/Outreach-and-Education/Medicare-Learning-Network-MLN/MLNMattersArticles/downloads/MM5443.pdf G0377 is still code to use.  I couldn’t find anything more current.
