I'm using Office Ally (a freebie) and haven't had too much trouble as it kicks back for me to fix before it goes out. (like 5010 was deleting my address -- seems to be fixed now but at least it came right back for me to put it in one by one) To:

Can we send in paper claims if we have an electronic agreement? I am also having a lot of problems with my clearing house and Medicare and am wondering if I will be able to ever get paid.DannielleTo: " " < >Sent: Fri, February 17,

What do you mean by an " electronic agreement? " . I sometimes send paper claims if the electronic claims are having trouble (rarely).  If you have some sort of contract, then you need to read your contract.  Medicare has a requirement if you file on paper that you haveto meet.

We h ave Gateway and are having tons of problems with the 5010 and Medicare. Before we changed to the 5010, all of our medicare claims were hanging out in the received by payer sections for weeks. Now that we resent them 5010 they are all rejected by the payer! AHHHHH Trying to call Medicare but its impossible to actually talk to a HUMAN. All other payers have been fine so far.(knock on wood)ArdianaOrange Doc Family Medicine in Clermont FL To: Sent: Friday, February 17, 2012 2:33 PM Subject: Re: Re: 5010 and not getting paid
