For one thing there is a higher;likelihood of no show if they do not call themselves,..... but also is there any legal issue, I mean if someone want s to become a patietn here shoudnt they call? I am flexible about this and when I hear the red flag of worried relative wants nephew to come in becasue " he won't do it himslef " I say have him call me but when a wife calls and the husband is unable to get to the phone at his mill job I do it I was recently at another office and anyone over 18 has to call themself thanks MD ph fax Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
