Re: Exit Interview/Kind of an Ironic Topic, no?

PLEASE -- No offense is intended to anyone specific in this newsgroup. I

just couldn't resist pointing out an amusing/interesting observation on how

ironic (or self-contradicting) this newsgroup topic appears: on one hand, an

abundance of posts have been listed asking " ...please send me copies of your

forms/evals/protocols too! " --- mind you, that they were developed by others

at the expense of their employers, yet on the other hand, posts are talking

about non-compete/privacy/safeguarding the same evals, forms, and protocols.

Hmmmm...

I have no gripe or solution to this topic, I just found it ironic! That's

life I guess.
