interpreting overnight pulse ox

Anyone have a nice simple interpretive guide to overnight pulse oximetries? I haven't read one in a while.Is it time for a cpap with SpO2 <90 20% of a 4.5 hour reading? 2.3% of time <88%. Mean SpO2 90.6% Lowest SpO2 85%.
