None of the above, just post when I am interested. I see it is important to

you that other people behave the way you do :-)

Hi Hanle,

I can certainly feel that way at times with people, wanting other

people to behave the way I think they should, which is when it feels

stressful. That's when I (sometimes) inquire.

And it doesn't feel that way about the group and members at this

moment - just sharing some beliefs that have come up for me or can -

they may ring true with others, may spark others, whatever - that's

none of my business.

Even just typing the posting I was surprised with some of the beliefs

that came up that can feel true for me at times.

Another one I would add is " I don't know enough " . There are no new

thoughts.

Much love and thanks,

Jon

Sometimes it seems almost impossible to do the work.

When I first started doing it, I loved it, I loved the changes in

perseption, I loved the turn arounds, I loved the clarity it brought.

Now it seems as if I tend to get stuck early on. Sometimes it is just

so hard to look at myself that honestly, it is almost painful.

Giving up my judgements?!!! Yikes, just pull the rug right out from

under my feet and flip the world upside down.

It is late tonight, I will try posting one tomorrow. I'm pretty sure I

can get some useful feedback.

Cool stuff Lauri - and thanks for sharing this piece on giving up our

judgements - you've reminded me that we don't have to give them up if

we don't want to, simply that the work allows us to take a peek at

what life might look like if we didn't believe our thoughts.

It's certainly a fear I can feel about doing the work.

With thanks,

Jon
