I wanted to acces my mother's computer in a farm in Nicaragua Central America. she is not computer savy, she doesnt properly mantain her pc.

She was playing with her web cam settings ( I use the skype) and she looks supper red and I asked her to fix that but she does not how.

I was thinking about using the Logmein something program, I wonder if somebody in the list used it before? any imputs?
