Free Online Electronic Claim Submission Options

Do any legitimate services exist where an office which does not accept insurance can submit electronic claims for services to insurance companies to facilitate efforts by their patients to be reimbursed for services rendered. We don’t need to submit many claims at the office where I am working. The boss says maybe 25 or 30 max per week.
