Guest guest
, " Happy when not sad " : excellent opportunity for a parallel article to the " satisfied if not burnt out " study. Sharon Study Finds Higher Morale, Job Satisfaction Associated With PCMH Model -- AAFP News Now -- American Academy of Family Physicians Message from drbrady@...: Interesting that studies now show that if you run a PCMH, you are satisfied if you are not burned out. Good that we do these kind of studies--I find that many times I am happy when I am not sad. This message was sent by drbrady@... via http://addthis.com. Guest guest
I think this is hilarious. The article could just have easily been titled " Study Finds Higher Rates of Healthcare Provider Burnout Associated With PCMH Model, " but that wouldn't have meshed with the AAFP's agenda now, would it? Of course anything that adds to the administrative burden of physicians is going to contribute to more burnout, because the 70% of them who are not already there are probably teetering on the edge.---Sharlene > > Title: Study Finds Higher Morale, Job Satisfaction Associated With PCMH Model -- AAFP News Now -- American Academy of Family Physicians > > Link: http://www.aafp.org/online/en/home/publications/news/news-now/practice-professio\ nal-issues/20120314pcmhmorale.html#.T2HgYAVNMg4.email > > --------------------------------------------------------- > > Interesting that studies now show that if you run a PCMH, you are satisfied if you are not burned out. > Good that we do these kind of studies--I find that many times I am happy when I am not sad. > > --------------------------------------------------------- > > This message was sent by drbrady@... via http://addthis.com.
