I have used the free Dragon App once to dictate a note after a house call. It

was not perfect, but required little editing and allowed me to capture my

thoughts immediately after the visit. You can email the dictated note to

yourself and then cut/paste into the EMR. I would not regularly document this

way, but it can be useful from time to time.
