We are looking for a " failsafe " way to work with our charts, (not a compter

system) to alert therapists in time when the number of authorized visits is

near so we do not end up treating past the authorized number of RX. It seems

easier in a 1 man department than multi-therapist. Anyone out there with a

easy system??
