Well, it doesn't really force you to keep it straight. It is easy to do though, easier to keep it straight than in a chair. If you are used to slouching, you can still do it, though, on a ball. > And, does it make > it so hard to keep your back straight that you feel fatigued? That is, if I > am lazy will I still use it??? :-) No, it's easier to keep your back straight than in a chair, in my opinion. I am lazy and use it exclusively because it feels so much better than a chair, and I'm very used to it by now. I couldn't imagine using a chair at all! Also, does the ball squish up against > your vulva at all? > Not as long as you fill it properly. They need to be filled to the proper circumference for your weight and preference. I like mine quite full so that I don't sink down into it and can manipulate my pelvis. I bought a pump that you use to pump it up with your foot with for $9.95 (but I can't remember where I got it); I haven't had to try it yet because they haven't needed air in around 2 years. My husband initially filled them up somewhere where you add air to your tires. Hope this helps, Olivia
