Onebox hacking and technology woes

Woke up this AM to find my office email had been hijacked and sending

spam all over the world. Sadly, they also deleted my phone system as it

is also on onebox and attached to main phone. Last week Time Warner

deleted and changed my static IP causing my portal to delete and all my

devices to stop working (ip had been manually set on them) requiring a

tech visit to reset, all paid for by me and Time Warner says " sorry, it

turns out we didn't own that IP, it was only out for 30 minutes " This

morning I wondered if using paper wasn't easier, I want to throw my

computers. Kris

Had problems with OneBox the whole weekend, wasn't able to access my inbox, rec'd message indicating " network unavailable " .Anyone else with OneBox issues?Mike Elliott MD
