Oh, , how awful! If it's any consolation, though, I could easily see

something like that happening to me, too. LOL

Please take care of yourself, and if you start to hurt even more, go see a

doctor. You may just feel achy now, but something could be broken or torn in

your back. Better safe than sorry--get it checked out if you're at all

concerned.
