Guest guest
Dear Annie, I am sure the trigger for the first episode has no significance and will not have any bearing on future episodes. Atrial Fibrillation is the result of " irritable " foci (areas) in or near your heart. You were always susceptible to AFib, and always will be susceptible to other episodes. AFib is a relatively a benign condition, millions live with chronic Afib with no problems. I wish I could follow my own advise and not be so psychologically upset with these episodes. We can live a long normal life with Atrial Fibrillation. Dr Fred

I have been on it for 7 months, have not had a episode after the 1st 2 weeks. I am still scared of the drug. Also scared of the Afib, wish I could accept Afib. Perhaps a cooling down period before resting. Dr fred
