Oh ... Suppose too late for a Uhal rental and saving everything. The currio cabinet and and antiques.... The swing at home... May the fire pass your office and home... Your family is in our prayers!... , , Adam, , , and Grace born last week. To: Sent: Wednesday, June 27, 2012 3:52 PM Subject: office evacuation questions

Hi

Folks, As

you may have heard, there is a raging fire here in Colorado Springs. It

is ~3 miles from my office, and doesn’t seem to be heading this way any

time soon, but the winds are unpredictable and I want to be prepared. My

house is about 5 miles from the fire, and again in the ‘right’

direction from the fire at this time. My

EMR/PMS is accessible from my laptops, and easy to rebuild a server if I need

to. I grabbed my stethoscope, BP cuffs, thermometers, pulse ox, reflex

hammer. For documents, I collected my licensure documents, med mal

coverage info, general liability documents, start up info for my PLLC. What

else should I get from my office? Thanks! BTW,

I haven’t communicated w/ the Sharps, but their office is not in the

evacuation area yet, but parts of Woodland Park are. Eads, MD Pinnacle Family Medicine Colorado Springs, CO www.PinnacleFamilyMedicine.com
