et al,

I have seen some old discussions stating that with Ring Central, you can sign a

fax somehow, and fax it back immediately. Does this mean you can sign it on the

screen somehow (if so, where do I find that in RC)? Or do you still need to

print it and then rescan it?

No no print to paper you download it -with  ring central fax editor then  a screen comes up with all sorts of icons to the  left of the fax ; one is for adding text  it is a bolded letter  A click on it then  go to the fax and type whatever

then one lets you a dd a stamp  the icon looks like a littel person' s head I think- lower down on the left  You  load a signature in to make a stamp.So  you need a file in your computer that  is a signature you faxed  to yourslef , to have such a file.

 I can try to sned screen shots if that  does not help enoughthe RC people told me I could not do this so they were nuts since they did not know their  own  software.see how far you get then email me offlist. I will not  charge you more than 100/hr
