question about documentation time

I think I know the answer to this one, but...

How much time per day are managers allowing therapists to " block "

for documentation ? I would like to hear from folks who are utilizing

computerized software systems, as well as those who utilize a good old

fashioned paper and pen. What is a reasonable amount of time to spend in a

subacute unit? In acute care? In an outpatient practice?
