Guest guest
I am stuck on this pH thing. I have read now that the normal pH of a menstruating woman is 4.5 to 5. After meno it changes to 7, which is very alkaline, and makes it easier for us to get infections. I also read that the normal pH of the body is 7. Which is neutral. Since my diet is very restricted, my pH could be way off. I am still trying to locate test strips in short order. The fish store didn't have them and the spa place needs a lot of liquid to test. I need strips. Has anyone here ever looked into this before?
