Wow, this has not been a good day.

He has been seeing Dr. XX for a very long time now for treatment of his

psoriatic arthritis. He is also on some very strong medications including

cyclobenzaprine, methotrexate, and indomethacin. He gets s/l *pruva* therapy

also.
