Beth T.:

Yes, I am interested in the rotational diet you talked about. I know my vv

has a lot to do with what I eat....but it's so hard to figure out. You can

send the info. to me personally or on the list.

All: I asked my doctor to give me xylocaine yesterday....he gave me a cream

called Emla. It's lidocaine and prilocaine in a cream base. It burns at

first and then numbs the area after about 10-20 seconds. To tell you the

truth...it feels just like the Orajel/Vaseline stuff...no different. Has

anyone heard of this medication? I just wish he had given me xylocaine

instead. Does xylocaine burn on initial contact?

Oh...to all: I'm going away for a couple of days tomorrow. I am not

unsubscribing but I will not be checking my e-mails until Thurs. or

Friday....so if you are directing any to me I won't be able to answer until

then OK.

Regards to all,

Florence
