Guest guest
" A screening treadmill test would be reasonable, as I believe there is a low probability that this may indeed be ischemic. This will be a (s/l) **symptom-limited** treadmill test and will consider it abnormal only if there is provokable angina during the stress test or profound ECG changes. " Would **symptom-limited " be correct here? Any help would be appreciated!!!!!!!!!! TIA
Guest guest
Good morning!! I'm guessing he's saying that he's going to do a treadmill, but the results will be limited by the return of the symptoms. Apparently he already knows it will be a limited study, but he's looking for a specific reaction to the test i.e. the angina or the EKG changes. Hence, symptom limited. Don't know if I'd use the hyphen or not, but that's definitely not my area of expertise. Do what you know is right with that one!! Hope this helps. Now you ought to get some sleep!!
