Guest guest
Hi, gals, Maybe I'm wrong, but I thought Dr. s and his wife (on the phone, 3 conversations), sounded like very concerned people. Their theory may or may not be valid, but it seemed to me they were very sympathetic and trying to help suffering people with oxalate problems. I, too, was somewhat offended when I was told to cough up a membership in order to get the full benefits of the vulvodynia group. Still, I imnagine like most agencies they don't have much money, and have to staff someone on the phone, etc. I guess I can understand why they can't staff that without some input for membership dues. It seems to me our anger is better and more constructively focused on getting publicity for the condition and treatments, and toward informing narrow-minded medical people who drove most of us nuts in the years of consultations where they discounted us! How's that for a long sentence? Beth
