When you can, the gleason scale is two numbers added

togather to give you the final score in Waynes case 7.

3+4 is different than 4+3 ask the Urologist.

Ask about mets and where if any

What HT did Wayne recieve?

Have they done a bone scan, ct, MRI and results

Wayne should know when he noticed symptoms

establishing a time frame of first symptoms occurance

is important. It helps form a time line.

Do you and Wayne know all the symptoms?

Did He have any Blood in the urine and or seimen?

Had ED started to impair his function?

There are three kinds of prostate cancer.

angocarcanoma <sp>, lymphoma, and one other. The first

is the most common 95% are of this type. 5% make up

the other types togather but about 13,000 men each

year will have the odd ball types.

Has your Urologist referred you to any other

specialist, Rad or onca? Has he explained other

options.

Has the Doc mentioned the size of Waynes prostate? It

could be important information.

These sound like very personal questions and they are

but mostly necessary. You mentioned Wayne did'nt

seemed as concerned as you would like. Believe me he

is. Its a macho man thing dont worry.

If you can answer these questions last questions then

others in the group can take over. They are all very

compatent and understanding and knowledgeable.
