Thank you, Jon! I *love* that quote.

I have found that inquiring into the " obvious " or the seemingly " non-

stressful " thoughts has taken me into some really interesting places.

You know . . .

Seemingly obvious: " This is a hand. is that true? "

(There is actually more to this one in

Sashen's IAM meditation practices.)

Seeming non-stressful: " I want to do a good job. "

(In fact, I like to inquire into *anything* that begins with

" I want, " one of my most common stressful thoughts. " )

I can't imagine anything that would not be worthwhile into inquiring

into, including what calls " a good dream. " My " good dreams " have

been very useful fodder of inquiry.

So, thanks for the quote. Thanks for the list.
