Abdominal ultrasound and liver biopsy

Hi,

This pt already had an abdominal ultrasound and the doc gives the results in the

beginning of the report, but he dictates the following under the plan:

Will schedule pt to have an " abdominal ultrasound guiided liver biopsy " at xx

hospital. He doesn't say an " and " between but he is ESL, so I am not sure if it

is one phrase or what?
