Guest guest
Hi, I posted this before but wanted to revisit my problem. I had a prostate biopsy in May 06. One of 12 samples was suspicions so the lab sent it out for review. A noted doctor said 1% of this one sample was cancer (gleason of 3+3=6). Long story short, I scheduled surgery with another noted doctor, the surgeon had the samples reviewed and this time they said it was atypical cells, but not cancer. A repeat biopsy is being considered. My PSA score has been 2.4 a couple of years ago up to 3.0 recently. Has anyone had similar experience with this. It is my understanding that these samples can be difficult to call in some circumstances, like a rainbow, I might call an area blue, someone else may call it purple. There is no real line between blue and purple. Thanks for any thoughts. I would really appreciate any help.
