two drugs...help please :)

Hi everyone,

Patient has a history of venous insufficiency. She has also had multiple

liver problems and other problems, including COP, hypertension, peripheral

edema, chronic migraines, chronic anemia, and is status post gastrectomy.

She has also had biliary surgery for a biliary obstruction. She has been

relatively ill for the last several months.

The doctor later dictates a loooooong list of meds, including one that s/l dif

ferex 150 mg on q.d.

I also have two patients that have poison ivy, and he dictates s/l litone

cream for them both.

Any ideas?
